Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped, unless PREORDER, then will take longer. If you need something please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional fee. When your order is packaged, you will receive an email with the tracking information. To track your package copy and paste that number into the USPS website. Wild Orchid Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package does not arrive within the set date, contact Wild Orchid Co.
