Refund policy
Wild Orchid Co accepts returns for store credit only, on a case-by-case basis within 20 days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, items must be returned unworn, unused, and in new condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, if your item is broken or lost in transit Wild Orchid Co is not liable for replacing or refunding. All sale and discounted items are final sales as well as any custom-made/ pre-ordered pieces. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so we can address the issue and make it right!
